Jeff Konchak has been providing Real Estate Appraisal Services throughout the Columbia Valley for 25 years. Completing his CRA through the University of British Columbia's, Sauder School of Business in 1997, he then went on to acheive the AACI designation in 2005. He is an active member of both the Appraisal Institute of Canada and the Kootenay Real Estate Board.

 

Our office manager, Krista Konchak-Williams was involved in completing Real Estate Appraisals for 5 years as a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary.
